Welcome Formula

The basic formula, to welcome your visitors when you cannot be on site!

The formula includes:

• Before the stay (establish reliable communication and transmission of essential information)
• Personalized welcome and presentation of tourist brochures of the region
• Detailed presentation of the accommodation and its features
• Walk through,  inventory both coming/going in the presence of the tenant
• The Keys of Lake Geneva can also receive the balance of payment of the rent if you wish
• Feedback from your vacationers on your property

Classic Formula

We even take care of the linens !

The formula includes: 

• All of the services of the Welcome Formula 
• Recovery of the dirty linens (sheets, towels, washcloths)
• Washing of the linens and provision of clean linen for the arrival of your next tenants

This formula does not include house cleaning.

Zenitude Formula

We take care of everything!

The service is based on one hour of house cleaning, besides the services included in the classic formula. The formula includes common small cleaning jobs:

• The cleaning of all the rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, toilet) 
• Arrangement of the apartment 
• Cleaning of the floors (vacuum cleaner and washing) 
• Dust removal 

It does not include big cleaning jobs such as: cleaning of windows and end of season cleanings, (possible by estimate).
