How do I propose my apartment?

To propose your property, you can contact me by email or by telephone.  We will organise a RDV together to visit your property.

Can I command a service that very day?

I advise you to reserve at least 3 days in advance, but in case of emergency, call me, we will try to find a solution together.

What are your conditions of cancellation?

Simple and fast: you can cancel a service up to 24 hours in advance free of charge!

If my tenants are late do you wait for them

Yes, of course! I would wait for them until 60 minutes more than planned and I will be in contact with them to confirm their arrival time.

Can you keep the keys of my accommodation until the next reservation?

Of course, I will keep them in safe place for you.  Like that, I will already have them for your following rental  (including any needed at the last minute!).
